Visiting Rules
Please read the rules before your visit

The museum can be visited individually or in organised groups.

Entry to the exhibition requires a valid ticket. Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Prices: PLN 20 – regular / adult; PLN 15 – reduced / children and youth under 18, pensioners and retirees.

Before entering the exhibition halls, visitors must use the self-service free cloakroom. Outer garments, backpacks, bags, umbrellas and other large items must be left there.

Children under 16 may be in the Museum only under the care of an adult – a parent or guardian.

Visitors are fully financially liable for any damage to or destruction of exhibits, equipment or other elements of the Museum caused by their behaviour. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors.

Parents or legal guardians are liable for any injuries, or harm to the health and life of themselves or third parties caused by a minor.

The following are prohibited in the Museum: touching exhibits and interior elements, especially display cases; opening cupboards, showcases and drawers in museum furniture; pushing, running, sliding on the floor; disturbing other visitors or creating dangerous situations; loud behaviour; using mobile phones in a way that disturbs the comfort of nearby persons; eating and drinking; smoking tobacco products or e-cigarettes or using other substances; bringing alcohol, psychoactive or intoxicating substances; bringing items dangerous to persons or exhibits (firearms, sharp objects, toxic or flammable materials, etc.); bringing animals; entering spaces outside the visiting route (marked 'staff only'); professional photography and filming; recording guided tours (audio / video).

Amateur photography and filming at Muzeum Szczecin w PRL is permitted for private, souvenir purposes only, without flash, additional lighting or tripod.

The Museum is not liable for photographers' infringement of the copyright or moral rights of creators of objects on display.
- 10
Professional photography and filming requires the permission of the Museum owners.
- 11
Visitors must follow the instructions and directions of Museum staff (employees / volunteers / interns) regarding applicable safety and order regulations.
- 12
Entry to the Museum is prohibited for persons who are intoxicated or who behave in a manner that threatens the safety of the collections or persons, disrupts the order of visiting, or violates generally accepted norms of behaviour in public places.

The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove individual visitors or organised groups who do not comply with these regulations (without refunding the ticket price).

Visitors may enter the exhibition halls no later than 30 minutes before the Museum closes.
- 15
Purchasing a ticket and entering the Museum constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
